Biography
Zhang Jun was Gentlemen of the Palace when the Yellow Turban rebellion broke out for which he blamed the eunuchs in a memorial accusing the Ten Attendants of corruption and cruelty. Emperor Ling showed this memorial to those accused and was swayed by their offer to be thrown in jail and estates seized so rejected the memorial.
Zhang Jun was later falsely accused of studying the teachings of the Yellow Turbans, he was arrested and flogged, dieing in prison.
